About the beer
The Wild Card Project is an ongoing collaboration between the brewery and artists, designers and creatives. We aim to celebrate unsung heroes, overlooked brilliance and those with a more unusual approach. For our first installment, we are working with an upcoming local artist Cory Samuels.
Brewed in collaboration with Earth Station Brewery. A hoppy, hazy double dry-hopped IPA made with Simcoe and Enigma. With a dry hop rate of 21g/l, expect big tropical flavours with a fresh berry finish. It's a juicy citrus IPA with notes of coconut, clementines, lemon zest from Citra and Sabro hops.

About the Brewery
Wild Card Brewery was founded in 2012 at the Ravenswood Industrial Estate Walthamstow. They brewed Mon-Fri and come the weekend, they would open the brewery doors and serve up their delicious beers. With support from the local community their shed became one of Walthamstow's best loved bars, hosting beer festivals, tap takeovers and live music.
Meanwhile, in the brewery, Head Brewer Jaega was working away, tweaking old recipes and coming up with new ones. By 2017 she had 2 award winning beers under her belt and was struggling to make enough beer to keep up with demand - they were going to need a bigger brewery. So, in 2017, they started a crowdfunding campaign to help move the brewery to a bigger site. In 2018 the brewery moved over to Lockwood Way, where they have doubled capacity - which means lots of Wild Card beer for us all.
