ABOUT DRAUGHT DROP
Who are we?
We're two locals of Waltham Forest with a love of craft beer. We started Draught Drop because we wanted people to experience the amazing local breweries our borough has to offer with it's residents, in a way that's sustainable for our planet and importantly, on draught! We started the business just before COVID hit and believe that supporting our local breweries is now more important than ever.
How does it work?
Each Friday we deliver you a different beer from one of our partner breweries. This is counter-pressure filled straight from a keg to maximize freshness.
We have reusable bottles that we refill every week. They are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between use.
How much beer will I get?
You will get 2x1L bottles/ 3.5 pints of beer each week in our reusable bottles.
What beer will I get?
We're proud to be working with over 25 local breweries to offer a selection of hop forward beers including IPAs, Pales, and Lagers. You’ll get an email every week with the details – make sure you sign up at checkout to receive it. If you can’t wait for our email, we also announce our beers on Instagram and on our site the Friday before delivery.

- Hackney - The Five Points Brewing co., Hackney Church Brew co., 40FT Brewery, Forest Road Brewing co., Deviant & Dandy Brewery, Truman's Brewery, Hackney Brewery and Howling Hops.
- North London - Redemption Brewing Co., Ora Brewing, Two Tribes Brewery, The Goodness Brewery, Gorgeous Brewery, Bohem Brewery
Can I choose my beer?
We’ll email you with our beer of the week, which is what you’ll get by default. We always have an alternative if you don't fancy it though. Just look out for our weekly newsletter and or get in touch if you'd like to switch.
Where do you ship?
We're currently available in Waltham Forest (postcodes E4*, E10, E11, E17 and E18), Hackney (E2, E3, E5, E8, E9, N16) and North London (N4, N5, N6, N8, N10, N11, N13, N14, N15, N16, N17, N18, N19, N21, N22)
*E4 postcodes currently eligible are E4 6**, E4 8**, E4 9** (we're working on E4 7**)
If we don't currently deliver to you, please feel free to register your interest here and we'll let you know when we do.
When do you ship?
All orders are delivered weekly on Fridays. Our delivery times are:
- Waltham Forest 2:30pm - 6:30pm
- Hackney (E2, E3, E5, E8, E9, N16): 5:30pm - 8:30pm
- North London (N4, N5, N6, N7, N8, N10, N11, N13, N14, N15, N16, N17, N18, N19, N21, N22): 2:30pm - 5:30pm
What if I'm not in?
If you’re not going to be in for your delivery, we can leave your delivery in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please fill in this form to tell us what to do if you’re not in, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can also choose to skip your subscription for any week you’re not in, by emailing us or accessing your account.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery costs £3.99 per drop and will be charged on a weekly basis as per your subscription.
PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTION
How much is the subscription?
£17 per drop plus £3.99 for delivery. We collect your bottles every week as part of this. If you decide to leave or pause the subscription, the bottles will be yours to hold onto. Or you are welcome to reach out for us to collect them so they can keep being reused.
When will I be charged?
Your subscription will be charged weekly on a Tuesday.
Can I change the frequency of my delivery?
Yes, we offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly frequency options. You can also skip a delivery.
Can I skip or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can skip or cancel your subscription at any time before the cut-off on Thursday. You can do this by logging in and accessing your account page (which you will need to create if you didn't do this on your first checkout).
How do I skip a week?
- Login to your account
- Manage subscriptions (below account details)
- Select delivery schedule
- Here you'll see all the upcoming orders with an option to skip.

When is your order cut-off for the same week?
All changes to existing orders must be made by Thursday for the same week. If you miss the slot just reach out and we'll see what we can do.
Do I need to prove my age to shop with you?
Absolutely. You will need to confirm when you enter our site that you are over 18 years of age and you will also be required to show valid ID on delivery.
What if I missed the cut-off?
Just get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see what we can do!
Can I opt in for a delivery if I wasn't due to get one or order more beer?
Yes! You can do any of this from your account and we send out a form on our weekly newsletter that you can fill in. We'll sort out the rest.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I request a refund?
We would be happy to refund you if your beer or bottles are damaged or faulty upon delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com. Because our beer is perishable we cannot offer a return or refund for any other reason. Our bottles are counter-pressure filled so your beer will always be fresh!
If you missed the cut-off and won't be able to receive your delivery, we will arrange a refund or postpone your delivery until you're ready to receive it.
How do I return my bottles?
If you've decided to cancel your subscription and would like to return your bottles, we'll arrange a free collection for you. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We'd love to have as many of our bottles in circulation as possible.
How are you helping the planet?
Our ambition is to make beer delivery as green as possible. All our beer is filled directly from kegs and comes in reusable bottles so there is less waste. Our deliveries are done by electric bike so are all emission free!
